My mom and I have been living in this apartment for the past 4 years and we've had a great experience with them. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff and management here. The property is well maintained, the community feels safe and welcoming, and any concerns are handled quickly and professionally. A huge shout-out to the property manager, April Cordova. She truly goes above and beyond for residents. April is always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people who live here and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. I moved in last month and could not be happier! My apartment is beautiful, the fitness center is well maintained, and I love the fact they have pickleball courts. The office staff is always friendly and attentive anytime I have had to go in for something, especially the leasing agent Edward. I highly recommend touring there if you are looking for a new place to live.

Stopped in to check out Cyprus today. I wanted to let you all know that I toured several communities the last week and your team is on point. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the office even though everyone was helping other customers I was acknowledged. The property was clean and the agent was able to answer all of my questions. I received very good vibes here and I am planning to apply soon.

Ive been a Resident here going on 2yrs coming up to the end of my 2nd lease. It has been a continuous disaster renting here!! When moving here working with management was difficult. They promised a free month rent with verification of rental history. They waited until the day i came to pick up my keys to tell me they were unable to verify my rental history with the previous apartment complex come to find out they never made a attempt to communicate. after making threats to my wife expressing we could not move in without paying the required security deposit and multiple interactions excluding the front office management we were able to get resolved. The only reason we moved in is because they refused to give our minimal deposit we made back. The duration of the rental was no better. Tras

My husband and I lived here for a year and a half before breaking our lease. We are super grateful for the cost of living that we were offered, however decided to move due to continue maintenance issues, vehicles being broken into, growing homeless community camping out around the area, and last straw was the cockroaches from the buildings having cracks between the baseboards and the floors (thankfully it was treated within a week of reporting but did continue to see them after treatment). The gym was over crowded with children unattended by parents and the pools were locked all summer for maintenance which was a bummer. If you are needing an affordable place fast and don’t mind those things though it is definitely cost efficient.
