Cypresswood Crossing Apartment

The staf made me HOMELESS due to illegal practices and collecting of incorrect amounts of rent. Maintenance are ALSO THEIVES!!! The day i went to gather the rest of my things from the patio. I spoke with the head of maintenance who assured me my things would not be thrown away or touched while I was moving it to the storage next door I come back. All my things are gone except 2 dining room chairs. There's no way that everything that was inside of my stores, they stole a dryer, they stole emergency water. They stole my daughter, clothes, Christmas items, tools. And management was okay with this. Maide.\n Ns do not like the repair thing, I had a ceiling fan over my bed that should've been replaced, but I was nice enough cause he didn't feel like doing it to let it be even with the lights be

I just moved into this apartment. I was told that it was a nice apartment and that it was an upgrade and I move in 3/4 of the plugs in this apartment. Don’t work. I have no running water in my bathtub the day I move in I have a leak above me maintenance has not came and fixed anything on it yet the gate on the patio is fallen into pieces oh in the patio is half concrete and half dirt with about a 6 inch drop off fall hazard there they have a wire running on the top of the ceiling down the wall to the plug for ceiling fans for both bedrooms but yet the manager told me this was a luxury apartment. There has been nothing luxury about it. I don’t advise moving here.

Mary Ann and Ludy were always very nice the maintenance guys we're very nice and considerate. The residents were always polite too. It's a good quiet place to live.

I want to be honest in sharing my experience. If you’re in urgent need of housing and need a place quickly, this complex might work as a short-term option. However, I would not recommend it for long-term living. The apartments are very outdated, with structural issues, rust, and visible wear and tear that doesn’t justify the high rent prices. If you’re on the first floor, expect your patio to constantly collect dirt, leaves, and debris every Monday due to careless landscaping staff—everything gets blown directly into your space. Maintenance is another major concern. I’ve had frequent issues in my unit, and most of the time, the response is a quick patch-up (usually just white paint) rather than actually fixing the root of the problem. I been living here for 3-4yrs now and it started off great. Then they moved a little family over my head and the little kid keeps me up ALL night told the office and they stated that we had to deal with it as neighbors so problems is still not fixed. On 9/5 the gate for the apartments was broke and my car got broke into and stolen and the officer went to speak with the office just for her to say it doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment when if it the gate was fixed and if the apartments had cameras no one cars would be getting broken into or stolen. These apartments are fine if you need something cheap and quick but I DO NOTA ADVISE ANYONE TO MOVE OVER HERE. Have a blessed day
