Cypress West Apartment Homes

I've been here for 2 years now and the Apartment is decent for its age. Good amount of space for the price per Sq Ft. No issue with the mechanical aspects of the place and I love the new hurricane sliders they just installed. The complex is always pretty clean. The maintenance staff is great and on-point with a smile and a wave EVERY day, couldn't be nicer and more professional. The staff in the front office is exceptionally understanding, great, and very easy to work with. Shelly has been awesome and amazing to deal with. Everytime I see her in the office I can tell she is juggling three things at once but still gives me the time I need, and she does it with a smile. They throw little holiday gatherings here and there and also have a food truck post up every once in awhile which is a nice

In my opinion, it's a great place to live if you have kids. High school and middle school are right across the street. I live in apartment R2. Whenever I see Anna, I receive excellent service; she always smiles and solves all my problems with her great professionalism. I hope to see her more often, as she's the only one who truly helps me with everything I need. Like Ricardo from Maintenance, their service is excellent; they always resolve my issues, and the 5 stars 🌟 go to them for their excellent customer service. I hope to always have them around because they're a great support for our excellent community.

I love it here been living here for 1 year and so far everything been good. Maintenance is on time. Shelly is great and will work with you! Inside everything is nice and brand new. Idk why they have 3.7 stars. This place is worth 4plus !

I just got moved in yesterday ! 12 days before my birthday. SHELLY really made this happen for me ! She really is one of Gods strong vessel . Extraordinary costumer service ! Very patient and kind . I felt right at home before I even got approved ! I can tell she blooms even when not at work . God bless her !

Been living here for a few months. It's ok. New owners took over after I signed my lease. Staff is very nice in the office. The grounds have gone down hill. Broke down cars in parking lot. Pool deck has not been washed since I have been here, it's dirty and disgusting. Sidewalks need attention too. For the amount the rent is, you would have to think this stuff would not be a issue. Maybe I will change the 3 star review if I see improvements being made in the future. Not impressed. (Update) Things were starting to look a little better. It's the details. Pool really needs attention! It is dirty all the time, the jets do not work . We don't expect club med, but a clean sanitary pool would be nice. Maybe not enough help??
