Property Manager Nadine arrives to work early and leaves late. The building has become quieter. The new tenants i believe will become a good asset to the community.Good job Nadine.

The newest property management sucks the apartments are nice just drug use and washing machines don’t work well and people are throwing trash everywhere and not picking up after there pets use the bathroom. No issues are being resolved The worst property management ever. She is very rude to residents and the staff. She doesn’t do things according to policy and makes up things that are not true or even in the lease. She fails to do her job properly.

This federally-mandated, no smoking building is a pot den. Pot smoke defines the building's ambience, particularly when the management staff is not around. Cannabis is sold inside the building and in the parking lot. I am allergic to cannabis and second hand marijuana smoke is very strong. It makes me very sick and keeps me awake at night, every night. Also, the dishwasher racks have disintegrated into rust and management will not replace them (clearly a health hazard as bits of rust litter the inside of the washer after each use). Stay away from this slum.

The new manager MIA here is awesome she understands and handles and fix issues at hand with a awesome team behind her JOE IS AWESOME RICKEY IS AWESOME BILL IS AWESOME AND LINDA IS AWESOME this team works like a machine and I want to thank each and everyone of them for making this a home for me they help me with all the things I need to get done I appreciate all of you wish all of you the best

I am very pleased and grateful with the Manager. She called me today, I put my name on waiting list last year. She was patience with me and my needs. Gave me good advice. Unfortunately, I am not in Florida now to complete the necessary paperwork. They must be super busy! Thanks again!
