Cypress View Villas Apartments

We moved into a DIRTY apartment and had to clean it ourselves!!! They didn't want to send anyone to clean until after we already had moved things in...they also never gave us that paper for us to tell them what all was wrong with the apartment either. If you're handicapped you have to walk through a construction zone to get to your apartment for 5 weeks. If you park when there's no construction being held and the barriers are open, the manager will have you towed anyways even though they said they would finish in 2 weeks. maintenance men will call animal control on you if your dog is on the patio and they can't see the water bowl. So make sure it's in sight! If you have an alcoholic neighbor who (this woman never watches her kids btw) harasses you, jumps, runs, and stomps from 6am-2am with

Let me start off by saying Anthony And Kimber are amazing. Even knowing they was closing soon they showed my husband and I an apartment. We fell in love with the apartment. Knowing our kiddos would love the area and having there own room gives a mom and dad a peace of mind. Regardless if we get approved or not I highly recommend them 10/10! They was very outgoing, easy to talk to, and actually willing to help.

We have been here for over 8 years now. And we would not be here if we did not like it here. Everyone From Anthony, in the office as the manager to Wayne in maintenance have been wonderful. I can't thank them enough for everything they do. Kimber helped us through the application and move-in process. She was professional, kind and helpful. This process was genuinely very smooth, way smoother than I expected. The community is lovely. Very excited to live here! Thanks Kimber for all of your help.

Edit to add: there are GFCI outlets everywhere in my kitchen except the one above the sink. These guys are completely ignore building codes when it's convenient!! They make up the rules as they go, and some of them directly conflict with what is written in the lease. Not only that, maintenance breaks just as much as they fix if not more. One of the maintenance guys literally flooded my bathroom instead of fixing my toilet and I had to wait until the next day to get that issue fixed because there is no after hours maintenance line. I get it, it's cheap. As soon as I get into a position where I can afford my house again, I'm moving. Update: they literally proved my point for me. See screenshots.
