I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the management team is professional and responsive whenever something is needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which really makes a difference. The location in the 77087 area is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community

I had lived at these apartments for the better part of 2 years, and there is a lot to unpack. Since moving in, old management was fine, but then new management came and it was a bit of a doozy to get used to. 2023-2024, a lady pew-pewed her boyfriend or husband, and not even a grace period for our rent was presented. Obviously not required, but we didn’t feel safe, and couldn’t break our lease. The tenant turnover rate is embarrassing. People constantly moved in and out every other month we were there. The water would always be either too hot or dead cold, never warm. Our dishwasher didn’t work, and the ventilation in the restroom was horrid (our tub and sink were in bad condition, and continued to break down in the course of our living there). We were told to deal with the mold ourselves,

I highly don’t recommend moving here regardless of how the apartments have a somewhat nice appearance from the outside and the room tour they give you which by the way is nothing like how they make it seem. Since the beginning of moving here we have had problems with just the simplest thing like the water to take a decent shower but mold all around the apartment and the smell that comes with the ac being off even for a little bit which wouldn’t be as bad if it also didn’t feel so humid at the same time. Which they also have the audacity to claim that the moisture is coming from the restroom that’s only connected to the closet where there are no mold stains whatsoever on the walls inside the closet but inside the actual room. Don't move in here water started shooting out toilet apartment flooded then they moved us to another apartment but rats was so bad we tried to get out lease wouldn't let us ,so we left on our on.
