I Would Not Recommend Staying At This Property. Maintenance Response Times Are Extremely Slow, And Necessary Repairs Are NOT Handled Promptly. Communication With The Office Was Challenging. I Found The Process Frustrating And Unhelpful. In My Experience Receptionist, Arlene Unprofessional And Refused To Communicate In English. When Attempting To Escalate Concerns To Management, The Call Was Disconnected. Overall, Very Disappointing And Would NOT Recommend This Property.. I Would Rate This Property 0/10

The worst neighborhood ever. For starters if you pay with money orders or checks it will go missing and they will send letters saying you didnt pay your rent then out of nowhere they will find it if you act like your going to get the law involved. FALSE ADVERTISING these apartments are NOT remodeled they stick a new fake wood sticker floor on and put it up for lease the cabinet handles are all uneven they dont call professionals to fix anything they let maintenance try and try and try and nothing ever gets fixed for example ive been living here 3 YEARS theres a leak in my window that has NOT BEEN SEALED YET each time it rains there is the water all over my bed. The kids park HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED there is yellow caution tape all around it I PAY FOR AMENITIES that i cant even use. THEY A

I just visited cypress run apartments and I’m very disappointed. I’m looking to move next week. I checked online and it show 2 available 1 bedroom apartments supposedly ready to move in. The lady in the office was very unprofessional and gave me the impression that I was bothering her. I asked if I can see the apartments, she answered no. I asked when will the apartments be ready or when can I move in, she answered I am not sure it all depends on how long it will take to get them ready. I asked can you give me an idea? She said call me during the week and I will let you know. Common !!! Why are you there for? Really?! So so rude. Waste of my time. Drove half hour for nothing. The 2 start is for the community, it looked clean and well kept

Do Not Move Here: Everyone smokes weed inside their apartments and the nasty smell transfers to your apartment through the vents. On the lease clearly states no smoking weed. Leasing office doesn't do anything and they don't answer the phone even when they're doing nothing. Leasing office has gone down hill this past few years. Edit: don't tell me to call when I've done it in the past and you guys do nothing.

The first year I moved to this apartment complex I didn't have any issues. It used to be a clean and quiet place. This year, things have gone downhill. The apartment is infested with roaches and smells of Marijuana 24/7, fights in the parking lot almost every week in the middle of the night, a lot of noise, parties in the pool area, people from outside using the laundry, and someone broke into my car recently, I haven't feel safe anymore, the laundry is dirty most of the time and only 2 of 7 washers and dryers working. Rent increases with 0 upgrades to the unit or complex. On the other hand I have to say that the maintenance and office staff are always nice. The maintenance staff takes care of requests fast.
