The manager is horrible she enters your apartment without permission even after being asked not to. She is really rude do not recommend leasing here , also there is roaches ! And they do not take care of you like they say they are !

Not a good start. It's only my fourth day here and am starting to regret it. My two most important complaints are the lack of a mailroom key and availability. I saw the mailboxes and they manifested quite a bit of wear, at least by my standards. It does not help much that they are not indoors. In terms of availability, people should not trust the hours on display and online. I have tried multiple times to return my Inspection Checklist to the leasing office within the supposed hours of operations and could only view through the entrance glass door with no one inside. I hope I do not get fined or penalized for failing to turn in documentation after a given time. I spoke with other residents here and they mentioned the same about staff often not being available. Attended the Valentine Bingo Night and what a time was had. Pizza, sweet treats and awesome Valentine Prizes.

This place was pretty nice-looking initially but turned out to be a nightmare. We moved into a filthy unit that didn't get thoroughly cleaned and was roach infested. Also, when I moved in, my key didn't work for any of the locks. Neighbors would hang outside all hours of the night and I'd catch them leaning on my car. The office staff were nice initially but they had a really high turnover rate and everyone I knew was gone after like 3 months, when I broke my lease and moved out. This place absolutely doesn't deserve a 4.3 star rating.

The maintenance and office management is horrible and they are rude. The office is never open when they say they are. It took days sometime weeks for them to fix anything. It was a rare occasion when they fixed something the same day or the next day. Last year when my apartment sat in flood water for 5 days, they told me that they couldn’t replace the carpet or even transfer me to a different one. My apartment also flooded 5 times and the front door leaked every time it rained. The dishwasher didn’t work and only half the stove worked and when I called them in I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Which surprisingly that was there answer to everything. They also tried to blame my girl dog for the mold that I found on the sheet rock saying that she was peeing on the wall
