Cypress Pointe Apartment Homes

I absolutely love living here. It is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are amazing and make sure to handle any maintenance issues quickly. The apartments are old and definitely need to be updated a little. There is a bit of a pest control problem out here, but other than that I have no complaints.

We moved in, in October and have had a few maintenance requests and I just wanted to shout out Mr. Ken. He's a wonderful maintenance man and takes pride in helping you keep your home in tip top shape. He really really cares about each resident & maintenance requests are much less annoying when theres good company involved

This is a good apartment complex close to UNCW campus, so a great option for students. We have been tenants for about 3 years. Like any other complex that wasn't built yesterday, issues can occur. When they do, their current staff is helpful. Colleen Seager is the main contact we go to. She is very responsive and you can tell that she cares and works hard to make sure issues are resolved. Her recent help with an issue we had was above and beyond the norm and greatly appreciated. Glad we are here!

Floors start to peel up. The roaches are really bad. There was mold in the ceiling. My A/C went out for a week in August and they didn't even provide a temporary. It was 85 degrees in the apartment with two animals. Caitlin who works there is great. But the apartments themselves aren't great

This will be my third year living here, the price for a one bedroom is the main reason I’ve decided to stay. My apartment is updated, a perfect size, and in a great location. It’s fairly quiet compared to living along Racine & I never have worried about my safety. No one has ever stolen anything off my porch which is something I wouldn’t typically think of while apartment searching. The new package hub with 24/7 access is the best new feature. Unfortunately with COVID the office & resident amenities have been limited but the upgrade looks really good. I would definitely recommend living here.
