Cypress Place Apartments

Been living here for 8 years loved living here however the past 2 months I’ve complained about neighbor lieaving trash on her porch which means every morning I’m sweeping up maggots at this point it’s time to move

Impossible to get into contact with management outside of going to the office. Their call line is usless as there's only options to leave messages, and requests are ignored as 4 units are without ac. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to live

Live here if you don’t mind mold!! They are sorry and took their time to even acknowledge the mold problem and still ain’t fix the issue!! I lost clothes, shoes and furniture because the mold progressed while they sat on their bad built a**es doing nothing about it for so long! It became inhabitable to live in so me and my daughter went stayed with my bf while they supposedly was to fix the problem but when I returned the mold had spread and was worse. You could literally smell it at the door! Thank God my lease was ending soon! Later found out it was because of THEIR a/c unit causing moisture which promoted the growth of mold! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone they will literally neglect you and not care!! Management is sorry!! And had nerve to keep my deposit after everyth

I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years now, and I can honestly say that Darlin is one of the best managers this apartments have had since I’ve been here! She accommodates your every need to the best of her ability. Highly recommend. Great service.

There’s never anyone in to answer your phone call directly? I’ve called three days in a row and I keep getting an automated voice message. I have to leave my name and number and a time that I will be available. I work often so there’s no specific time that she can call as my schedule times vary.
