Cypress McKinney Falls

I lived here for 2 years, and have nothing but great things to say! The property was kept clean, landscaping was always pretty, the office staff was communicative, and the maintenance staff was amazing! The maintenance supervisor, Francisco, is awesome and always handled my requests in a timely, friendly manner. Loved my experience here.

Hello, I will talk a little because I do not recommend these apartments. Since we moved in November 2024, we dealt with ants. It was reported many times. They sent pest control, which was useless. It continued to come out. When it was time to renew my contract, we signed it. Just weeks later, scorpions started coming out. That is a cause for concern. We spoke with the property manager, telling him that we had already signed the contract but that I wanted to move because of the scorpions. He should make my contract for 6 months. He indicated that there was no problem, that it was their fault, and that when I wanted to move, I could. The best thing about this apartment complex: Francisco in maintenance. He's incredible: so quick to address an issue, and diligent about following up. Without him my experience at Cypress McKinney Falls would be a lot less positive. (Maybe 3 stars) Overall, I've had similar experiences listed in other reviews. - Beautiful property, decent gym (with 24hr access) - New apartments, but not very solid construction. The maintenance team at Cypress is always on top of things. They go above and beyond helping to resolve issues and keeping everything running smoothing. I also really appreciate how friendly they always are. Great job y’all!

HONEST UNBIASED REVIEW: I lived here for two years and have lived in about 6 different complexes across Austin, now on my 7th.
