Cypress Luxury Apartments

Took a tour of this beautiful building! So chic and stylish!! The staff was professional and generous with their time. I was amazed at the appliances, gorgeous gas range, stainless steel , washer and dryer in unit. Such great views in the spacious rooms. I loved every unit I toured and could see myself living in luxury there!

I can’t say enough good things about Cypress Residence in Sacramento! The units are absolutely gorgeous — modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with beautiful finishes that make it feel like home right away. The location is perfect, with easy access to so much within walking distance! I just moved into the building and am loving it so far! What really sets Cypress Residence apart, though, are the landlords. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about their tenants’ comfort and happiness. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and with a smile, which makes such a difference when you’re renting. If you’re looking for a place that combines style, convenience, and truly welcoming management, Cypress Residence is the place to be. I highly recommend it!

High ceilings, immaculate kitchen, beautiful countertops and bathrooms & walk-in closets. Not to mention you can literally set the temperature of your apartment to anything you like (I come from a home with no AC, so this is such a blessing!). Staff are friendly & welcoming. It's evident that they are working hard to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience living here - even the pets! 0 regrets on choosing Cypress!

Life at Cypress staff member approaches people in a PUBLIC park across the street from Cypress claiming to be security. I had two dogs which go at different paces he approached me when I had a dog poop bag in my hand( about to head to pick it up) to tell me to pick up the dog poop, he got too close for comfort and then proceeded to watch me from across the street. I come to this park daily and pick up after my dogs every-time.meantime there is literally spilled trashed on streets from so many homeless people who stay by the church.
