I’ll start by saying I had a pleasant experience applying and viewing Cypress Lake Apartments. Gaby assisted me throughout the process and made it extremely easy! Gaby was very helpful, responsive, and kind! The community was clean and the unit I moved into was also. The overall move in process was a 10/10.

It was an awesome experience during my application process and onboarding. Jennie and Gabriela were very professional and the hospitality was amazing! I definitely recommend Cypress Lakes as your new home.

If you are looking for a place to stay this is not the place. They are infested with roaches. I keep my house spotless and there are still roaches at this point I don't know what to do. There's literally no food exposed or out and they are still here. All my furniture is brand new so I know I didn’t bring them with me to live. I've bombed with the roach bombs, brought my on pesticide to spray my apartment every other day and they are still here. Big ones lil ones. You call to schedule with the office to have the exterminator come they lie every time saying they came. It’s no way my hidden cameras say different. This is just some nasty crap and have the audacity to charge the amount of rent they charging hell no. Also forget about getting anything fix because it will never happen. If I coul

Managers have their picks on who to evict. Different families struggling to pay rent yet certain families are allowed to make payments on payment plans while others are evicted. If there is a set procedure for failure to pay rent then that procedure should be followed for everyone. Very unfair Would not recommend living here.
