Cypress Grove Apartments

My daughter and I moved here over four years ago and the management changed from BMI investment to Apartment Dynamics. We been through couple of hardships and as long as I was upfront with them Jennifer, the property manager at the time, and Mackenzie, the leasing agent worked with me and I am forever grateful. Most recently I had to downsize due to current health issues from a townhouse to a one bedroom apartment and it’s been wonderful! Mackenzie, new property manager (congrats on the promotion!) and Connor, new leasing agent were great and understanding during this transition and I cannot thank them enough for everything! Stayed here for like 7 months got behind on rent never got a court paper and paid some rent even got help with rent but me and my kids were still put out on the street no where to go mind you had a leaking roof where my kids got sick multiple hospital visits cause they never came to fix the roof every time it rained the ceiling leaked downstairs bathroom was never fixed. Moved me into an apartment that was supposed to be updated but never was. Sink was nasty since I moved in never fixed. Never giving a 30 day notice but wanted to evict me and my family even though was paying didn’t accept payments cause it wasn’t full payments. But was accepting everyone else half payments. Mantinence never did the job. Like I said my kids got sick from the mold from the roof stayed like that several month

This place is REFUSING to fix leak under my kitchen sink - and it’s now causing mold!!!! Legally they are supposed to respond to mold within a certain amount of time. Mold is extremely toxic and the office just hung up on me calling to express my concerns. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had renting! I’m going to have to pay someone out of pocket to come clean up this mold, and fix the sink BECAUSE THE APARTMENT WON’T They also REFUSE to replace my AC filters - which is their responsibility per lease agreement.

Terrible customer service. MacKenzie took almost 2 weeks to respond to my application, after paying the 50 dollar application fee. I had to call multiple times to get any information about my application. At one point i called and Connor was unable to even find my application in their system. After the third call, they simply emailed me that my application was not approved without any explanation. I met all qualifications and have already been approved at other apartments. This is clearly a scam.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience from Connor and Claire. Connor has been the one who’s handled my experience but they have been a team. Claire has helped as well with this transition. I’m moving from California and they’ve been nothing but helpful. I’ve called a lot lol and they have both always gave me answers to help me. If you’re moving out of state to the area then they’re both amazing people to help you with your move. I’m lucky to have their help.
