Cypress Creek Wayside Drive

I can honestly say that this property has gone down tremendously since I moved in over 2 years ago. Management changes every 3-6 months. Gate has been broken for almost a year. No lights upon entry of the complex and certain parking areas. Property is often unkept. I have a pest issue that I’ve complained about for 2 weeks that got no response. The access point from a cable box in my kids room that doesn’t get used that is being used as an entry point has yet to be repaired from holes made by rodent. Multiple maintenance requests with no response. I was advised they don’t have a current pest control at the moment and couldn’t reimburse me for my own efforts of extermination. I had to make multiple office trips and in my last disgruntled attempt finally was able to speak with manager about

Long Review: I set an online appt to tour the community. When I arrived, no one seemed to know about my appt. I guess they didn't check the online appointments. I was interested in a 4bd. They told me they wouldn't have any to show for 2 weeks. I asked for a specific date. They didn't know a date, just that it would be 2 weeks. They were going to send me on my way, but I requested to tour a 3bd to get an idea of how the 4bd would look. Walking to the unit, the leasing agent walked in front of me the entire time and did not speak a single word to me. Once at the unit, she didn't have the correct key, so she had to walk back to the leasing office. When she returned, she again did not have the correct key. Where should I start about these apartments change management every 6 months they let any and everybody stay there. Restroom have black mold in all the showers and when tell them about the black molding keep on coming back they send a company to come in and they paint over the black mold they call it resurfacing in about 4 to 5 months it is right back you can use whatever you want to use to clean it scrub it it comes right back. The walls and those apartments are very thin you can hear it everything that people are saying or doing. They have zero security the zero pest control and the gates are always broken. I would not recommend Cypress Creek apartment on wayside to anybody that moved to Houston it's convenient to everything but management change every 6 months.

September 4, 2025 me and a resident both crashed into a big dumpster the office manager had placed in a blind spot next to a fire lane, we notify the office the very next day he lied in told us he didn’t authorize the trash company to put the dumpster in the road, he told us to call the trash company number that’s on the dumpster, we called the company they told us the manager of our apartment told them to put it right there, so I told the office manager what the trash company said the office manager go say “he had to put it right there because he’s the manger, he lied to me in my face then a day later the big dumpster was moved, I went to office plenty of times in September to get a update because I need me another vehicle the office manager keep giving me the run arounds, I feel like he

This complex is the only one that I have seen no matter the size bedroom the patio is the same size. It is very spacious. Maintenance takes care of this property very clean. This property was built 2 years ago for what I hear and at night it is very quiet you can hear a pin drop. I know that a lot of people like to bash complexes when they don't get their way but when you get a manager that cares about how her property looks then you know that they do not play. Loving this property.
