Cypress Creek at South Cedar

I’m moving here soon. I’ve taken a tour around the apartments and amenities and everything looks great! When i first got there to the office it felt so welcoming. Puzzles for the children, coffee for the adults, books to read, and amazing decor. The pool also looks nice. Not only does the property itself look nice but the area too. 1.6 miles down the road there’s grocery stores, gas stations, and places to eat. It seems so homey to me. The apartment is lovely, the rooms are a bit small but there’s more closet space.

First off coming into this Community Office for this apartment complex was so Welcoming and Refreshing! Alexandria and Rosalyn are so sweet and so kind hearted, you can truly see just how much they care about the tenants and the community. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that the possible tenants and the tenants really feel welcome and at home here. I truly feel blessed to have the opportunity to be here within this community to be able to witness staffing truly caring about their tenants within their community. I've never seen anything like it! It's truly rewarding.

My family member lives at cypress creek if I could give more than 5 stars I would ! The community is beautiful ! I disagree with some previous reviews in regards to the staff, the office ladies makes the environment feel very welcoming. Ali , (Alexandria) helped assist taking me around the community myself when I was interested in looking for a new home, she was kind, patient and very thorough and professional as well as giving me details on leasing. They have a pool , dog park, pet spa , gym everything you need to make it feel like home ! My favorite is the coffee bar! And the staff always greets with a smile! 10 out of 10 !

Coming up on the end of my lease, so I thought I would leave a review with my experiences. Like any complex there are pros and cons, I really think the pros outweigh the cons here. Some of the pros are: They are newly built, your apartment is brand new with new and updated features. There are walking trails around the complex with access to a small pond. The dog park is a good size with lots of foliage so it’s shaded for the summer time. There is a pet spa, a large pool, and an event room you can reserve. All around, the property and apartments are beautiful. Some of the cons: Speed bumps are a necessity here. For some reason the speeding through the parking lot is absolutely atrocious. Also some new build quarks that need to straighten themselves out. There’s some cracking that occurred

I am new to Temple/Belton area, So when applying for these apartments, it was so easy and the leasing Assistant manager was so informative and courteous as to all my needs when making this decision I have small children that go to school, She let me know the closest school bus routes clinics., Also everything that I needed to know about the apartment! You have everything you need at these apartments A business office where you can use the computer, A gym and a Laundry room that are available i24 hours a day, and a pool that is maintained. .It’s honestly really nice apartment home. Management has been very good to us.
