I came in just getting information for possibly moving and they made me feel so welcome! Eva was especially helpful and down to earth! She was so sweet explaining the lease. Definitely a great place to start over!

OH BOY WHERE DO I BEGIN , IF ANYONE SEES THIS REVIEW AND ANYONE IS SEARCHING FOR AN APARTMENT THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE !!!! Everything from the process to the apartment to the customer service oh boy, Amber Amber Amber you are a rockstar girl you went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the entire process, even though it took a little bit longer, but you were very informative. You were on point with getting everything done. You are a rockstar like I cannot put it any other way. This woman will definitely take care of you she will make sure that she is transparent and if she says she’s gonna get you into a place she will overall a wonderful experience and it’s because of Amber that I’m in this apartment that I chose to live here she is hands-down the best property man

Amber, Amber, AMBER indeed!! She helped me with some paperwork today that a previous manager had dropped the ball on. She was patient and efficient and lemme tell ya, I appreciated her today! Hope she sticks with us, since she's clearly an asset.

I want to say that Amber was awesome in the process of getting my son into his first apartment she was very professional and patient while explaining in detail every question we have thank you Amber for such a smooth move-in 🙂

I have been here two years just wanted to put an updated review if you are thinking about moving here. Everyone is super nice and environment is safe but After one year my rent went up by only about 50 I just signed to renew and rent went up over $300 at once with notice only days before having to re sign so I am forced. They have not updated anything inside my apartment only repaved and painted the outside of the buildings. These are supposed to be income restricted and affordable but there are plenty of other places that are bigger some with yards some with pools and gyms for cheaper then a 2 bedroom top floor apartment no amenities for over $1100 a month.
