Cypress Bend Village Apartments

MANAGEMENT PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!!!!! Everyone claims they’re so busy when in reality they’re prioritizing other things rather than their customers. Everytime I call I get sent straight to voicemail, but if I go into the office they’re just sitting behind the desk doing nothing. I recently moved in, before moving in everything seemed perfect. A day before moving in, they stated my unit wasn’t ready and my lease was already signed. The area is quiet, and the complex is nice but the management issues needs to be addressed. Also, pet owners do not clean behind their animals and it’s very trifling to allow people to walk their pets all around and not clean behind themselves. I had an amazing experience with the whole staff at this apartment complex!! Ms. Candace was very professional and informative! She was with me through the whole process and was very patient and kind! 10 out of 10 out 10 would recommend this office staff and complex as a whole! The property is well maintained and updated. I'm going to enjoy my new place of residence! Thank you to all the staff that helped me through my application process!

I went to Cypress Bend Village to look for an Apartment and was speaking to Joe, Candice, and Ruth(Corp). At first I was already approved with the Application and Credit and they seemed promising about it. I waited for 2weeks for my unit to be ready. But, while waiting they changed the move in fees up which was weird. They told me a price then when i checked up on it they said a different price. Plus, They never pick up the phone NEVER even when they arent busy. I know because I kept going up there after calling twice whenever I had questions. Then, just before I was about to move in they kept pressuring me to sign the lease before I looked at my unit(which wasn't even ready), I saw a model it was nice ok. But, I kept telling them THAT I STILL WOULD LIKE LOOK AT MY UNIT BEFORE SIGNING ANYT

I wouldnt recommend this place, due to them not returning calls at all and constantly giving me the run around, it doesnt take a month to do a background check. Cypress bend is a clear sign of unprofessionalism at its finest. The new management dont know what they're doing they just work there and the manager is even worst. They told me i would receive my welcoming letter and keys by friday which was weeks ago and never got back to me at all. I go to another apartment complex and they're consistent with me. Be careful with this going forward, they only approve who they want to approve.

We recently toured an apartment at Cypress Bend Village with Candice, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and so sweet throughout the entire tour. She answered all of our questions and made us feel truly comfortable and welcomed. We’re really hoping Cypress Bend Village becomes our future home! Highly recommend asking for Candice if you’re touring.
