Cypress at Stone Oak Apartments & Townhomes

Living here has honestly been such a good experience. I love looking out at the open green space and sunsets — it’s so peaceful and makes the whole place feel calm and relaxing. The apartment itself is beautiful too. The hardwood floors, high ceilings, arched entryways, and the kitchen with granite counters and a double oven make it feel really elevated. And Melanie in the office is the best. She’s always so helpful and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents.

Great location not far from 281 loved the kitchen area. A great place for a home base you have the hospital and walmart not even 5 mins away looking forward to applying. The apartment manager i Melanie was awesome and so welcoming while still shopping this place is in first place for me right now.

Kim is absolutely awesome! 👏 She worked around my hectic schedule and made sure my move-in process was quick and completely hassle-free. She went the extra mile to secure the lease terms I needed, which made a huge difference. Both Kim and Cassie have been incredibly responsive and beyond helpful throughout. I had so much going on and was SUPER stressed, but their support made everything so much easier. I love my new home!

I went into the leasing office today after receiving a call from Melanie about a leak and maintenance entering my apartment. That call was over 40 minutes prior, and by the time I arrived, no one had shown up. When I got to my unit, the situation was alarming. Water was actively running down my living room walls, and the door leading to the patio, half bath, hallway, and path toward a bedroom were flooded. This clearly required immediate water extraction, dehumidifiers, and emergency response. I went to the leasing office to ask for a timeline and next steps. Melanie was unable to provide any answers or estimates, and offered no reassurance or urgency. When I asked who coordinates extraction services and suggested that outside vendors be contacted since this was clearly beyond a routine

I recently moved to Cypress Apartments and my experience has been extremely comforting. Moving to Texas was a major change but the property itself has a homey feel to it yet luxurious. The staff are also extremely hospitable. Mel made a very good first impression. I was able to get to know her and learn why she loves what she does. She took the time to share her experience as a property manager and she truly made me feel heard and valued. She expressed how her tenants living conditions and comfortably was her priority. I appreciated the attention to detail and communication. For example, she shared a thorough run down of future improvementamenities to come. The price is definitely worth living here and I can see this being my home for a very long time.
