Since my emails have gone unanswered, I am hoping this public review prompts a response and a clear timeline for payment. The lack of communication and non-payment is unprofessional and unacceptable. Since August, I have 25 outstanding invoices ($55,000) that remain unpaid. What makes this situation especially upsetting is that I have rented over 150 apartments for this company. Throughout my entire career as a realtor, I have never had issues with payments, nor have I ever failed to honor my commitments. I have always acted professionally, delivered results, and represented this property in good faith. Today, however, I feel completely disregarded. After months of trying to resolve this privately, I feel it is necessary to share my experience. Over the past year I completed 16 leases for this property, generating approximately $36,000 in commissions that remain unpaid. The residents moved in, the work was done, and the transactions were finalized — yet the compensation for that work has still not been issued. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and obtain clarity regarding payment, there has been no meaningful response or resolution.
