Cyan Southcreek

I moved into Cyan Southcreek the summer of 2020 at which time it was a brand new property . Of course it was in pristine condition. Sadly , that is no longer the case . Hallways are filthy dirty from floor to ceiling. Doorway & trash room thresholds are all dirty .Cobwebs surround all light fixtures. Gum tracked all over . Dog and pet hair everywhere. Elevators are rarely cleaned and when they are , are dirty within minutes because of all the hallway dirt . Stairwells have NEVER been properly cleaned . Wall have spills that need washing off and new paint is needed. Rules aren’t enforced concerning balconies and smoking . I believe , the lease states clearly patio furniture and plants only . I don’t recall reading that hanging laundry and using the balcony as storage is acceptable. The o

Madison Moody was incredibly helpful, she was courteous and professional while attending to us two days in a row! As far as Cyan itself, the amenities are solid and its in a good neighborhood. However, the walkways are in desperate need of a power-washing, and while the mailroom has lockers there was a whole table of packages left out which could easily result in theft.

My move to Cyan Southcreek was an excellent experience. My apartment home is truly amazing and the amenities offered is great as well. My neighbors help to keep the property nice and clean by cleaning up after their pets. So far this has been the best experience I’ve had moving into a community. I’ve included the view from my balcony my first night here.

Living at this location is wonderful! I love the modern and spacious feeling inside my unit, as well as throughout the entire complex. The amenities are top notch, especially the pool, which feels like a fancy resort. Best of all, the team of office staff, management, and amazing maintenance crew are super friendly and easy to work with! I rate Cyan Southcreek Apartments 5 stars plus!

Melissa, Molly, and the whole team are pretty amazing! A great apartment complex with an excellent staff behind it. Moved in, sight unseen over 2 years ago and enjoyed the entire time here, best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Luxury apartments, location is great, with about anything within 10 minutes. Noise barrier/ insulation between apartments very good, upstair neighbors is really dependent if they’re hard/noisy walkers. Quick access to some trails, clean property. They do quite a few fun events for the residents. Haven’t had many concerns or general issues with the unit; minor ones were always addressed quickly. They do come in about every other month for general maintenance like the air filter or pest control. At first it felt a bit much but then I realized it was just because I’
