It has taken me just shy of TWO MONTHS to get added to one of their property's mailboxes. I had called multiple times,my property managers that I rent from have called and email consistently, both of us being told each time we would be followed up with (we were not; had to call back myself/ourselves). I was given different information by different representatives. Email, call back, no we're working on it. My Frustrating to work with and excruciatingly slow. The only credit I give them is that the representatives were all polite.

CWD Group CEO and property manager completely unresponsive to HOA member's concerns and requests. Our HOA requires all correspondence with our Board be sent through CWD. No response from the property manager over an important issue that was also addressed by letter directly to CEO Marshall Johnson ("the Curator") as he fancies himself on the CWD website. CWD's fees are excessive and their service to actual HOA home owners is abysmal. Their concern is with the Board, not the homeowners. Their poor ratings are more than justified.

CWD Group has proven to be one of the least reliable property management companies in Seattle. Special Assessments & Delays: Owners are repeatedly charged massive special assessments (in some cases over $12,000 per unit) for projects that never seem to materialize. Each year, residents are told plans must be postponed, until eventually no one bothers asking anymore. Questionable Financial Practices: Large portions of the collected funds either vanish without explanation or are absorbed by inflated management fees rather than being applied toward the promised improvements. Resident Relations: Communication is often dismissive, and residents who push back are met with intimidation tactics, including threats of additional charges applied directly to their accounts. High Fees, Poor Service

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Still sent me a collection letter AFTER I settled the issue with the property manager. And getting it in writing too!! A truly disorganized and dysfunction company!!!

My experience with CWD Group's management of water damage repairs has been deeply disappointing. On March 22, 2025, a water heater failure in a neighboring unit damaged my bathroom. Despite initial promises of swift action, 82 days have passed without repairs being started. Timeline of issues: First promised repair date: early April • Multiple rescheduled dates without explanation • May 21: Promised repairs would start "next week" • May 29: Changed story, saying insurance approval needed first • June 5: Promised updates "within a week" - never received. As a new homeowner, I've spent 3 months out of my 4 months of ownership without a fully functional bathroom.
