Cutler Manor Apartments

This is a horrible place to live. I’ve been her 20 years now and I absolutely hate everything about this apartment. Now they are gated and the treat the residents like we in prison. I do not have a car so I catch Ubers so I have to walk to the front everytime for a Uber . If I order groceries I have to walk to the front and pick them up and drag them all the way to to my apartment mind you I’m pregnant. So when I have my new born baby the Uber can’t drive me to my apartment I have to walk from the front with a fresh caesarean. DO NOT MOVE HERE . Don’t for get to mention how many children’s gotten shot here.

If cutler manor call me in moving in it’s the outsider who bring these drama over here yea it’s so much was going on but now the management doing a wonderful job clearing people out I’m patiently waiting for my number to be call

DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. LET ALONE RAISE KIDS. RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR THESE APARTMENTS, BUILDING IS VERY OLD. NOTHING FULLY WORKS. THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!! CRIME IS EXTREMELY HIGH.

If anyone out there looking to live here please don't come here this place is not a place to live its dangerous here, people have got killed and died here. ive lived here for 24 years and its been like hell here the management is terrible they dont fix things in the apartment and they make you wait months even almost a year just to fix something. The assistants in the office need to be fired and manager also she so lazy she doesnt stay on top of important things that need to be done to the apartments. They over charge u for rent and its not worth it. THIS IS A HELL HOLE PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE.
