Custom Property Management

My experience with CPM has been very positive. Everyone there is extremely professional. The response time for questions and requests for service is extremely quick. Overall, very happy with their performance.

I have been on my community's HOA board for 2 years now and we have Custom Property Management as our Management Company and everything has been great over the past years. They are always really responsive to calls and emails (usually same day if its during business hours) and helpful. They handle all the day to day for our HOA, including managing all the companies we hire (lawncare, snowplowing, pool, and clubhouse).

You would have to be out of your mind to buy a home with this HOA, or any HOA for that matter. Why would you want a company to dictate what you can or cannot do with your own home? Want a fence, NO. Want to change your siding, NO. But if you want to buy my house, call me! LOL

Working with CPM while on my home owners Board they office is helpful, supportive and efficient. As a home owner they have answered questions and solved problems quickly and appropriately.

It has been 4 months since we have been with Custom Property Management. Absolutely amazing. Very thorough, informative, and available to residents when needed. I couldn't be more happy as a memeber of the board. Pure Class.
