I been trying to get in contact with you guys for over 11 days now regarding my apartments. I live at Haven at Lone Mountain in Las Vegas NV 89108 , I need to get in contact with the people that own the apartments in Las Vegas asap.

I appreciate how the property management team exhibits professionalism and is dedicated to continuing education. The teams have positive attitudes and it’s a pleasure partnering with them to complete projects. They care about their properties, tenants and business partners.

I called twice with a gap of at least 5 days between the two times. The second time, a lady answered my call and put me through another section where I left a message (which I also did the first time) and I am still waiting for your reply. Very dissapping experience, I can understand that you can be busy when one calls but the time you take to reply a potential customer is too long. No need to call me now.

They are beyond evil, open to committing fraud, support their property managers committing fraud, ignore you, ignore your emails, don't give you any answers to your questions, and now I have to defend myself legally against their fraud and illegally tampering with my renters history and illegally refusing to return my security deposit. Pure evil
