I’ve been living at Ross + Peak apts for 4 months and my car got towed from the same spot I’ve been parking in for MONTHS . Never in my life after paying over 2k in rent have I ever had my car towed as a RESIDENT. Predatory behavior and I’m very disappointed with my experience.I will not be living here or leasing ever again.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do NOT rent from this company. This is the worst rental company in all of DFW!!!! They never answer the phone. They hardly ever complete work orders. I’ve been trying to get some stuff at my house fixed for over a year now!!!! They do shady stuff like take my electricity out of my name and put it in to their name and don’t show you the ledger and they do this without warning or even a notice saying they’re doing it. I do not trust this company at all and neither should you. There’s a very HIGE reason why their ratings are so low. Yea some of there houses look great but that’s about the only positive thing to say about them.

DO NOT MOVE TO ANY LOCATION MANAGED BY CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD. I was a previous resident who lived at Luxia Gallery House. The management team originally was fantastic, but completely went under once they merged with the property next door and went under new management. They kept a portion of my security deposit and never provided in writing or via email why, which is ILLEGAL. I contacted them and of course, they have not followed up with me. I would not recommend anyone waste their time moving to Luxia Gallery House because I assure that you will be more than disappointed. Reasons why you should not move to Luxia Gallery House: Poor management: Management team has changed and is now unresponsive and unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT rent here. They took over the neighborhood we rented at in Lavon around December and its been a headache ever since. We have sent them since December $6805 and not all of it has been applied. We have been threaten twice with eviction. Our lease was up on the 7th of April. We moved out on March 31st. We got tired of the poor communication and lack of service. The property manager NEVER answers phone calls or emails. Not sure what her job really is. While we were in the process of moving, some lady pulled up and gave us a letter stating they will take over the house on 4/2 and if we are not out by then, we were getting evicted. Not only that, but they stated we owe them almost 12k. I don't know who does accounting for this company but boy...
