Not sure where else to go. I live at SUR512 that is managed by cushman & Wakefield. I’m so disappointed in the property itself and management. I will say I loce my apartment, but the management is shit. No one ever responds to emails, or it’s 5 or more days later till they respond. Our 2nd building where I live is supposed to be secured…. Where?! So many ways for individuals to get in and gates are consistently broke. Our garage doors have been open for almost two weeks now. I’ve informed management multiple times and it’s like they couldn’t give a damn about us. As a woman, it is disheartening that the building is not secure. I have witnessed multiple unhoused individuals coming and going from the building and NO ONE takes it seriously. Cars are always getting broken into Trash piles up
!!!Immediate Action Required Avery Oaks!!! Please let me know when would be a good time to speak with someone to file a complaint / grievance against the Avery oaks complex for refusing to enforce and uphold the terms and conditions specifically outlined in the lease contract pertaining to properly addressing resident altercations, violations involving residents smoking on a non smoking property, violations involving multiple noise disturbances during community quiet hours that has resulted in police escalation. The lack of follow through is extremely unacceptable and upsetting seeing that we have received multiple warnings about our trash and parking registration and have yet to see equal action taken to respond to the issues we have brought to the attention of the leasing staff. Please
Terrible company with no respect for their tenants' privacy. Attached is a screenshot of an email I received while I was out of town informing us that they would be inspecting our apartments immediately. I called them to object to this as I don't want strangers rummaging through my apartment while I'm out of town, especially since we had no prior notice, and they told me there was nothing they could do because the lender wanted to inspect each unit. This isn't the first time this has happened... Last year during the freeze, I was gone for two weeks since my electricity and water was off. When I returned all my lights were on and the door was unlocked. Unless you want your apartment searched and inspected without notice and possibly items stolen, find somewhere else to live.
Hello, and good morning. I'm just trying to confirm who I should forward my hotel bill to for payment. There is someone, in my building/general area of building 17 at the District at La Frontera who plays their bass all day and all night to the point. I've worked 12 hours last night, taken prescription meds to help me sleep, taken advil and allergy meds, have the ceiling fan and A/C on as well as ear plugs, and a white noise machine all on, and still can't sleep. The office staff here told me if I don't have the exact apt number in question, as well as already requested nicely whomever please turn it down, they will do nothing. But I can call 911 if I'd like- ? I've already spoken with Round Rock PD twice already today alone. Thus my request: to whom should I forward my hotel bill just t
Cushman and Wakefield manages 33hundred apartments. Their property manager, Kelsie Whitehead, wouldn’t let a domestic abuse victim out of her lease. Her solution was to change the locks on the door, it didn’t matter the man could hide in the parking lot and their cameras never worked there either. The property manager, Kelsie Whitehead, also discriminated against me to a point that I ended up hospitalized and diagnosed with a disease I previously did not have. The doctors said it was directly caused by the stress the apartment caused me. Janine Prill Gonzalez, the regional manager, who was assisting the property manager, could not answer a single question about how Kelsie Whitehead’s actions weren’t discriminatory, yet Kelsie is still employed, they don’t care about their tenants here
