I live at the Biltmore at Midtown Property and I have been dealing with a severe, ongoing roach infestation for nearly THREE MONTHS, and the way this property has handled it is completely unacceptable. This despite me having lived here for more than a year and always keeping my apartment extremely clean. The infestation is not confined to one area — roaches are everywhere: every room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom, the refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, laundry, and even my bed linens. I have woken up to roaches in my drinking water on my nightstand. They get into my food while I’m cooking, into stored food, appear while I’m showering, and crawl through my personal belongings. I've been trying for months to get raw trash and debris removed from behind the apartment building in St Ives without success. IMaintenance work requests and conversations with the management have not been successful in getting this removed. It looks like a dumping ground. This situation is a health hazard with this raw trash rotting in this sweltering heat and rain and creating an environment for bugs to multiply. I am so upset,disgusted, and disappointed with this situation. I am also dissatisfied at the approach the management has taken. Take pride in all of your properties and provide a healthy and safe environment for your residents. Thanks.

You have the worst management team at your Tallahassee property. Staff doesn't respond to emails or return phone calls concerning service requests. It wasn't until I went in-person to discuss matters with mgr as to why she never replied to my emails. I was asked to remain in the waiting area while she did not acknowledge her wrongdoing and closed her door. It wasn't until I appeared in-person that my concerns were taken care of. I should not have to beg for a staff to do their job. Also, corporate, you cannot be reached via phone or email, which is ridiculous as well. Horrible experience!

COCKROACH Infestation - I have lived in Lea of Woodstock for about 2 months. First week, already saw live cockroaches in the bathrooms. Then saw them again in the apartment gym and on the building outer walls. I had the apartment pest control spray my unit. But they keep persisting. I am guessing the whole building including each apartments and common areas needs to be treated, not just my unit. Also the buildings are old, I am guessing built in the 1970's. Every footsteps on people above my units can be heard. Hard to sleep when they are walking around up until midnight and occasionally dropping stuff in the middle of the night. And then up again at 5:30AM and pace around til 7:00AM. I don't know if there is anything the management can do about this. But I am just putting this here in ca

I’ve lived at Lea Woodstock for two years now. Several of the amenities are broken and left to rot. The trash compactor is constantly broken so trash is always piling up outside of it and it reeks. I keep my apartment pristine and yet roaches still come in from the vents and it takes 10-30 business days to get any kind of maintenance in because the maintenance team is constantly working on endless amounts of projects while understaffed. When we first moved in, it took a whole month just to have them come change the fire alarm batteries. For months our apartment reeked of cigarettes because our next door neighbors chain smoked inside and it permeated into our apartment. The leasing office’s solution? “Make a log every time it smells like smoke.” So we did and it smelled like smoke every d
