Curve Crest Villas

We lived here for 3 years and every maintenance request was done quickly, Jason's the best! We miss it so much and wish we hadn't have left, our new place isn't as bright and spacious and much more than we anticipated it being. It doesn't feel like home like Curve Crest did. Management wise once Celeste took over it felt more secure and she was amazing to work with, friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and truly cared about the building and residents. Miss you guys, hope you're well.

Celeste is by far the best manager Curve Crest Villas has ever had. She is so friendly and willing to help and she truly cares for the tenants at Curve Crest Villas. Jason is an awesome maintenance guy. If something needs fixing, grantee it will be fixed right the first time. Lori is wonderful at making sure Curve Crest Villas stays extra clean. Thank you so so much!!!!

Celeste the manager is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. She guided us through the process well since it was my first apartment. Jason the maintenance man is also very knowledgeable about his job and efficient at repairing the issues we had with our washer/dryer. I have not met Lori yet so I can’t speak on her, but I have heard great things. The only thing keeping me from rating this place 5 stars is that there isn’t a secured mail room or cameras in there, and there are people who steal your packages. Although that is not Celeste or the rest of the staff’s faults, it is the building owners’. It would also be nice if we had some amenities especially for the price it costs in the “affordable housing” units, but having washer/dryer in unit is a plus.

Our property manager Celeste is a wonderful manager. Since coming here she has done more than all of the previous managers combined. We’ve been here over 5 years now and Celeste is amazing to work with. Can’t say enough good things about Celeste and Jason.

Celeste, I really appreciate you working here. I've been here over 10 years and Lori has always kept the areas very clean. Jason has been the best maintenance man so far. I hope all three of you will be around for a long time. The improvements have been great too.
