Great example of much-needed TOD housing in LA.
This is one of the weirdest areas you’ll ever be in. It’s got the strangest vibes like it’s some future utopia except it didn’t plan out and no one wants to be there. Just walking around the Whole Foods and the general public area of the apartment I felt so uncomfortable. It’s not somewhere I’d want to ever come back to let alone live in!
Way over priced apparments the wholefood and the VR game place cool but grew up in this area and alots changed not so much for the better.
Aesthetically pleasing, Lots of outdoor space to read or work on your laptop including the alchemist coffee shop. Love it here!
1 star until they stop allowing cars to park in the right turn lane to exit.
