Jeremy Daunt, Maggie, and Cummings in general have been a breath of fresh air for my community/condo association. Our association was not on a financially sustainable path and Jeremy has been invaluable in helping our sitting directors work through all the things necessary to correct the situation. Above all, he's been willing to tell the hard truths to those who need to hear it, even when they didn't want to hear it, so that informed decisions could be made in the best interest of all. Jeremey Daunt does not keep regular office hours. His voicemail message says he’ll return calls within 48 hours and “he doesen’t call back! Has not produced HOA Financial Reporting fiscal year to date! You can do better for your HOA in property management companies.

Cummings Management services have been excellent. Staff in both the Flint and East Lansing offices are extremely professional, subcontractors like working with them, their website is a great resource and saves time searching for management record, and our board fully trusts CM recommendations and advice.
