Awesome Management team. They stepped in to manage our community during a rough time as we were in the process of firing our previous company and we had some major projects going on. They have gone above and beyond to get our community on track and productive again. It has taken a lot of time on their part and as the President I really appreciate that! They have listened and given feed back and that is what a good team should do! Thanks CHPM!

Have not rented from them, but we looked at one of their properties. They charging $1750 for a 3 bed room in cumming near the lake. Single story home, very dated, absolutely disgusting. Hole in the roof on the back of the house, large enough for animals to get in. moldy smell through out, worse near vents. Foundation is rotting. The fact that these people are trying to charge this much for what is quite frankly an expired house, is criminal. This house should be condemned, not for rent.

Very responsive and helpful. Signing the lease, move in, move out, and deposit return was smooth and flawless. I highly recommend this company!!

I normally only write good reviews. I have never dealt with any business that communicates like this. Absolutely terrible! They just leave you hanging and during they will increase the price on the listing. They want to get you interested and then tell you that that was an old price. There's too many of these companies out there, to be dealing with one like this. Maybe not a company review but the person I was communicating with, sucked!

My husband and I could not be happier. From our first meeting with this company, they were nothing but polite, friendly and professional. Any issues that we've had were minor but immediately addressed & resolved unlike the last rental company we used. Shelby is always so kind and goes above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market!
