Cumberland Park

First the GOOD- The Maintenance team is great, very helpful, kind and quick to fix things. (Shout out to Nelson!) The location is nice, somewhat private and close enough to fun things to do. The apartment itself is spacious and has a nice layout The neighbors stay fairly quiet and are nice. Now the BAD- The apartment office ruined this place for me. Any time I went in to talk with them they figured out another way to charge me. They were heartless in understanding any situation and have absolutely no empathy. They seem to bend rules for certain tenants and hold others to a very strict standard. If you fall on their bad side, it makes living here pretty awful. I originally moved in paying roughly $1,800 a month and over the course of 7 months was regularly paying $2,100. They forced me to

Loud neighbors. But don't complain, they won't do anything about it. I don't recommend this place at all. What's the point of contacting your office? I've been there at least 4 times, called the phone number you gave me and still you haven't done anything about my loud neighbors. And you had the audacity to called to talk about my 1 star review. If you want a good review, give me a reason to leave one. If you would like to discuss this, contact ME not the other person on the lease. Thank you.

I really enjoy living here. It is super nice and enjoyable. I will say these apartments are on the older side so there are a few rundown parts of the apartments. I will continue living here, BUT I do have one issue. My roommate and I have consistently gotten our packages stolen because the package delivery location is just a room any tenant can enter essentially. It is literally so irritating that our packages have been stolen at least 3 times these past few months. I wish they could renovate their package room into those package lockers system, that only people who have packages can open.

Overall the complex is really good but the noise issues are getting out of hand. I have put in many complaints to both the office and the sheriffs department to try and eliminate party’s / loud music in the pool area after the amenities are closed and I have still been unable to sleep due to the on going noise issues. The pool remains unlocked at all times so that you can access the gym which seems to be a design flaw for both safety reasons and overall community comfort. Plus it’s hard to know if the people using the pool are actual residents or not since the communities main gate are always broken / left open. I am just trying to be honest with any future residents that might be looking to lease a unit here. Edit: 6 months later there are still pool parties at 12:15 am.Its the same spe

This is home, it was like this since the first day. The location is perfect. The apartment is comfortable. We are so blessed because we are just a few walks of the bbq and pool area. (as you can see my favorite) there are a lot amenities... Thank you all the team for the amazing job!
