Culver Terrace Apartments

Omg, the apartment are very spacious, their are not noisy people that I've seen, and people are friendly andthe staff, I've not seen any mice. staff are always on point, it's very clean, if you're apartment seems cold just ask them to turn up the heat. They do their best to help out the tenants. Management is amazing the best I've seen in a very long time..

Full of mice, loud tenants, and heat is included but apartments are cold. Most tenants live there long so it needs remodeling. The apartment size per sq ft is nice.

This place is a joke and that senior regional manager aletha hazle ponder is rude gave me and my wife a violation based off he say she say I have evidence to prove our upstairs neighbors is racist and homophobic I will never recommend this place especially if you have to deal with poor maintenance and no one never in the office to address problems I will involve someone higher to resolve this we been dealing with this for a year and the only resolution they had was for me and my wife to transfer to another apartment in the same complex or another complex we denied it because why should we move we didn't do anything while the upstairs person saying she Taliban and she spit on tenants for her culture aletha is rude and I feel she needs to be removed she allowed this to happen for a year and

I see things moving around the house my son buy a Dunkin’ Donuts and the bad wars moving and when we looked, there was nothing inside and today I was doing stuff and The was moving

This has been my home for a long time and I am happy with it. The only problem I have is that people that are on the second and third floor are very loud at night when I go to sleep.
