Cubix Northgate

As someone who lived here for 2 years please read this. This complex is an EXTREMELY small complex. If you are a single person it’s acceptable but sharing this space with my boyfriend and a cat was almost impossible. You do NOT get what you pay for. If we were to have signed another year our rent for a 200sq ft STUDIO was almost 1739. Absolutely insane. For this price you get NO amenities not even light bulbs outside. You are near Aurora so yes, Homeless people are a problem. Parking is a nightmare. The house across from us has company over almost every night and they would take spaces up. There’s terrible potholes in the alley where you’d park, so yep cracks in my windshield and scratches all over your car will happen. The management is so difficult to get a hold of. The property is great, the units had a nice layout and plenty of natural light. I had a great interaction with the leasing agent Mia, she was kind and helpful through the whole process.
