Cutris seems like a very nice guy when you first meet him...However, he uses unethical business practices and puts every potential client's information at risk. I'm not writing this to hurt his small business but to hopefully save someone from going through what I had to go through.. 1) He does not use a third party for taking personal information (ex. he asked me to email/text my social security to him and did not have a third-party login), so I called him and he wrote it down in his office somewhere.. 2) He would not use normal vetting practices (I'm in the industry- I work for a large multifamily investor and own 15 units myself) and asked me to go get my own third-party credit check service. 3) Once I got my third party vetting service (I had great credit), and completed other unus

I used C&T Properties to help my friend find a rental unit. The staff was very professional and was able to find her a place within a few days. I would highly recommend using them to help find rental properties
