JD and the CT Homes team were the best remodel and Real Estate company I have worked with. Their flips were of quality. They replaced everything top down, from roof to plumbing and foundation, electrical- everything was new. The attention to detail was on point. Leaving some some charm to the property whilst giving it a modern look, feel, and taking care of the important ticket items for safety, and which would have been huge costs. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable. The company organization is also on point. And their closing gift was quality.
