I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so now in hopes that this finally prompts action. If I could give zero stars, I would. My grandmother and I have been trying to get her rent adjusted by just $7—for months. Despite our repeated efforts, this organization has been completely unresponsive, uncommunicative, and unhelpful. We were told to contact a specific staff member, who never answers the phone. The only time I received a call back was after leaving a frustrated message about her lack of communication with one of her colleagues. I’ve made countless calls, left multiple voicemails, and sent emails—yet the issue remains unresolved, and no one seems to be moving with any urgency. I've been here almost 14yrs now. The property is well maintained, our volunteer staff in the on site office are knowledgeable, CSI takes good care of us. We have an emergency man who lives here with us. There is a wonderful clean up man who does his job well and keeps the building spic and span. There's too much to go into here,. If you're looking to make a move, this may be for you

Can never get contact person on the phone, off bus route so no way to get to middle river. Have applied, but if this is how they treat you going in, think I'll pass
