CSA has been managing our HOA for 6 months, and so far MUCH better than the other management companies we have had. They ALWAYS answer the phone during business hours (and has an after hours extention), and are very helpful, especially Cindy. Ken is a highly experienced Management Director, that is resourceful and effective.

Claudia is really great to work with! She’s personable, responsive, and advocates for her renters. I feel like I’m in good hands with her, which is very rare to say for a property management group! She’s the best! 5 stars :)
