Rachel was so fantastic to work with! Starting with a quick phone call, she walked through our “must haves” and “nice to haves” for our new home - it was so efficient, and we felt very understood right off the bat. We had a few listings we’d found on our own that she was able to show us, but she also proactively informed us immediately when a new listing matching our criteria was posted. We were able to view a listing within a few days of it being up, and Rachel guided us through everything we needed to make it our new home.

Craig made an appointment with me and didn’t show up. I called him and told him I was here after 20 minutes and he said the apartment was already rented and he never had an appointment with me. Bummer but not the biggest deal in the world. But then told me something about “me scamming him or him scamming me” and I just hung up because I couldn’t believe what he just said. He was also just pretty rude across the board. I couldn’t hear him because he was talking from far away, then he started screaming in the phone obnoxiously as if it was my fault I couldn’t hear him from far away / speaker phone and / or bad connection on his end.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Rachel! She was incredibly helpful every step of the way and always available to answer our questions, big or small. Her dedication and support truly made the process of finding our new home smooth and stress-free. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed, and thanks to her, the entire experience was better than we could have imagined. We’re so grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
