I have been living at crystal Townhomes for almost two years and every since me n my kid's been here it's been amazing property manager kadiash is very understanding n ms. Danielle they go above n beyond for community. What really sets Crystal Townhomes apart is how much they invest in the community. I’ve only been here for about 6 months and I have no major complaints. Ms. Kadisha and her entire staff are wonderful. When I call up to the office they assist me with any questions I may have and if they can’t provide an answer at that moment they never forget to get back with me. When I submit a maintenance request, they come either same day or next day. Entire staff very respectful, helpful and accommodating. I do appreciate what they do for the kids. Over the summer, they provided breakfast and lunch even if it wasn’t much they think about the kids, they send out text about coffee and donuts, etc and I love that. I moved from another property that Kadisha manages as well and I’ve had the same experience there so that tells me a lot about her and how she cares about her tenants and thei

I don't usually do reviews. But! I have to give Crystal townhomes they credit. I have been here 3yrs and by far this has been the best stay ever. Starting with office manager she is the most caring and understanding person you can ever want in a leasing office. She goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants. Maintenance gets A+ for always being one call away the property always clean, and trimmed. I minus 1star cause the rent go up every year🤦🏽‍♀️

First and foremost the manager. Kadisha is the epitome of great professionalism. She gets the job done quickly and thoroughly. The property is well kept and is a place to come home to peace.With everything that's going on in the world. Kadisha will listen to your concerns and give a resolution to all.I can't name one manager of a complex. That takes pride for the property that they are managing.Every year Kadisha and her team, does thing for kids and their family. For instance,a back to school drive on site,movie night, breakfast,lunch in the summer as well as many other great things.Prizes for best, Christmas external decor.Crystal Townhomes is a safe relaxing place to be.
