Crystal Property Management

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with this apartment management company. From the very beginning, communication was poor, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. Emails and calls were either ignored or answered days later, and when someone finally responded, they acted like helping Customers was a burden. This leasing office does not respect people’s time or money. If this is how they treat you before you even move in, imagine how bad it will be after you sign the lease. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a smooth or professional leasing experience. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Unfortunately I couldn’t give them A ZERO!!

I recently applied for an apartment with Crystal Property Management and the process was so easy and convenient! Applying, signing the lease and paying the security deposit - all online - made the process so smooth and seamless. The managers, Chase & Violet, were so friendly and made themselves available to show me the unit when I needed to see it. I called the office and Marlo answered all of my questions quickly. Everyone was so helpful. This is a great way to begin my experience at Courtyard Apartments!

I recently visited Blue Lagoon Apartments for a tour on October 9th and I was very impressed with the experience. The property manager, Daisy, was extremely kind and welcoming. She showed great hospitality, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, my experience touring Blue Lagoon Apartments was excellent, thanks to Daisy’s outstanding customer service!

Having to start off by saying I wish I could give no stars is huge. I have so much to write but as of right now, I'm just going to say beware of how terrible of a company they are. After we mentioned to the manager we would be moving out, she told us that no tenant ever gets their full deposit back as they reduce the charges for wear and tear and deep cleaning. I couldn't believe it, especially since we had only been on the property for 6 months. Something occurred in a previous apartment we had been living in (through Crystal Property) which made it uninhabitable and were told we would be getting a refund. 6 months later it felt like pulling teeth to get our refund, then we had to put our 30 days notice that we would be leaving the state and as a retaliation to requesting our refund (that

Great Experience renting with Crystal Property Management. During my interactions with them, they have been quick to respond and very friendly. You can call and actually get someone on the phone, if not the management company the on site manager is available. The building is well managed and maintained, if there are any issues-requests are handled quickly. 👏
