Crystal Lakes Apartments

Working with Joi W. has been the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly, helped me understand all my options, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Joi W. follows up promptly, handles concerns without hesitation, and treats every resident with genuine respect. You can tell she truly cares about people. She’s the reason I chose this community.

Just moved in this past December. Into a “renovated and move in ready apartment” The amount of damages is ridiculous. Then they say to put it in online to get it fixed. I’ve done this with multiple things wrong that were wrong at MOVE IN. Including MOLD under the sink. Which was “noted and put in a request to fix” by the property manager during the walk through. Still weeks later, it’s not fixed and whole apartment smells like mold with a baby in the apartment and they refuse to answer or send maintenance or they write off the request as completed when it has not been. Meanwhile the dishwasher at move in was moldy and rusted and broken; things broken all over the apartment and every work order I put in only one was “fixed”which was the drain in the bathroom which they just removed the stop

Just recently moved to this community and the entire process has been not only a breeze but also much easier compared to other times I’ve moved. I was helped by a leasing agent named Joi and she was such a pleasure to work with. Not only her, but the other office ladies have been nothing but nice, accommodating and quick to answer any question or concern I might have had. So big shout out to those ladies for doing an amazing job!!!

I’m so excited to be moving into Crystal Lakes next month! The entire leasing process has been smooth and professional — the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. I can already tell it’s going to feel like home. I can’t wait to start this new chapter here!

These apartments are the absolute worse I have EVER lived in. It has been an absolute nightmare. There are so many roaches, water/plumbing issues, air conditioners don’t work at all, you can’t plug anything up without the circuit breaker tripping, and to top everything off they have started this RUBS system with Yes Energy Management where they no longer charge a flat fee for water so you never know how much your rent is going to be because now they include your water into your rent which makes your rent fluctuate. One month it was $70 extra the next was $142 extra I don’t even know what my next one will be. It’s not worth it the unit I’m in is basically inhabitable I have put in work orders nothing has gotten fixed I want to take things to the extreme as far as put my rent into escrow and
