Probably would rate higher if my neighbors upstairs were not the worst....just with noise. No confrontation or anything major. I just don't understand the need to literally march and stomp instead of walk...and there are no small children. Complex is nice, clean and pet friendly . Management is the best. SHANA the office Mgr. Deserves a big raise. Shes great.

We’ve been residents for over two years and have had a plethora of issues. From our upstairs neighbors floors flooding causing damages to our ceiling & leaking on our items (TWICE!), Our kitchen sink being clogged from our neighbors end(AT LEAST twice), Mice reeking havoc in our unit’s building, to the most recent & costly; Our dryer has been broken for over 3 months. We’ve put in numerous requests with maintenance, several of which were ignored. Rather than replacing it or actually coming out to service the dryer completely, they let our request sit and fall to the bottom of their priorities. We’ve had patience on the matter but at this point we don’t have any other option than to spread the word of our experience. Do not, I repeat DO NOT MOVE TO CRYSTAL LAKE APARTMENTS!!!! Spend your ha

I urge you to take these negative reviews seriously. When I was moving in, I was blinded by the initial appearance and dismissed the warnings, which I deeply regret. Look for consistent complaints about pests, neglected repairs, and unresponsive management—these are not isolated incidents, but rather a reflection of a systemic problem. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential health hazards.

I am thrilled to be out of this place, but it was at a heavy cost. They looked into the below. The solution of the office manager was to beat on my front door with a hammer while my 8 year old daughter and I were inside and shout across the parking lot “I am hammering in you are out of here”. Imagine the impact on my daughter. Better yet, imagine the impact on yourself or your child . And Kotarides Property Management, well they just wanted me to go away. And the office manager who beat on my front door with a hammer still has her job…. That’s how they feel about their tenants and property for that matter. .
