My amazing experience started here with my tour of Kingsley Townhomes when I met Ever the property manager. She was very welcoming and kind and had the perfect answer to every question I am. I had some credit challenges going into the tour and she never made me feel like my personal situation would lead to a denial. While waiting for my application to come back I stopped in to the sister property Crystal Lake to speak to Ever about applying for one of there instead because it provided more of what I needed to accommodate my family, and she immediately smiled and told me she had the perfect apartment for me sitting right on the lake and that she would start getting it ready for me. Toured with Telia today and let’s just say I was able to do my background check and upload all documents to get moved into Bone creek today! She literally pulled every string possible to get me in! Thank you! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this apartment community. I submitted emergency maintenance requests on both Friday and Sunday for an AC issue — and no one responded. Maintenance didn’t even address the issue until Tuesday, which is not only unprofessional but also a serious failure to respond to an emergency. When I finally spoke with the community manager, I was told maintenance came out but didn’t enter my unit because the AC unit is outside. That makes no sense — you cannot confirm whether the AC is functioning inside without checking the interior. Even worse, the manager suggested I could pay for my own AC technician to repair the unit. Why would I do that when I already pay rent and it is the community’s responsibility to ensure proper maintenance? If the on-site team is not
