Crystal Hill Estates by Home Creations

I purchased a new home from Home Creations. They refused to honor an agreement per details below. Since I have never posted a negative review about any company before this, I reached out to quite a few officers in this company, including four members of the family that owns the company. On Jan 19, 2023, my realtor and I sat down with their representative to negotiate the purchase of a home. When we tried to negotiate for the inclusion of installed blinds, the representative said that this house was marked down as low as possible and that the prices were going to be raised in two weeks. The houses are very nicely built but we had to decline due to the contract. The contract we were given states that if the home appraisal is less than the asking price the buyer must cover the difference or be out the $1000 earnest. The comps the builder rep have showed house appraisals very close to asking price, however the comps my realtor pulled showed one selling for $10000 over appraisal.

My Best friend just bought a place out here, I actually like it. I'd you're looking for quietness & friendly ppl. This would be a great spot to raise a family
