I lived here for roughly 10 years and very much enjoyed it. The location and price point were excellent although I will say I do not believe everyone will love it here as I did. The grounds and landscape can be somewhat unkept at times and if you are the type to be super picky about details you will be unhappy. I felt it was a great value but I understood that I was paying under market and you get what you pay for. Over the years my rent barely went up which was nice. I think in the end I was paying a solid 250$ a month under what new renters were so if you are looking for something long term they have advantages. I did wish they had direct deposit but I worked out writing checks for an entire year post dated which functioned just as well. The maintenance staff knows what they are about

I lived here a few years ago. Overall I needed a cheap place to live and when I lived there, the rent was significantly less than what it is now ($700 something then versus $950+ now) and the quality matched it (old interiors, old carpet, old finishings, moldy restroom). The reason I'm leaving this review is because I can't believe what they are charging now for rent here! The quality of the apartments does not match what is being asked for rent. I don't see that any of the units are now "modern" or "upgraded" so I want people to know that they are overcharging for the quality of the apartments/complex. Rats, pests, overgrown landscape, unprofessional staff. I normally don't write reviews but since I chose to live here based on a deceiving review I wanted to give others a heads up if new to the area like I was. Starting with the rat infestation I battled for 4 months before something was done about it by management. I am a pretty clean person so this was very crippling and devastating for me to have to deal with. Management was notified SEVERAL times and all they did was put inhumane sticky traps out in my place one of which got stuck to my small dogs paws and took me an hour to get off. Several I had to kill myself because I could HEAR THEM when they got stuck. Disgusting and sad. ALL my personal items had to be rewashed and sanitized several times because of this and I refuse to use the

I lived there for a year and enjoyed it the whole time. I liked the price and the area. I did however end up moving and have had an extremely difficult time getting my deposit back. I have called 6+ times and only gotten someone on the phone once being told they will call me back. An otherwise great place if this was handled.

I love this place. Office staff is very friendly and very professional. They always take care of any issues. Maintenance issues get fixed right away, I've had mine fixed that same day. The complex is very quite and respectful. I'd encourage others who are looking for a place to live to come over
