Courtney with leasing brought such a lovely touring experience for me. She was very thorough and informative on her rates, specials, took me to view multiple units and walk the entire property. She is very caring and attentive for her residents and overall an amazing person! Multiple people came in while she was assisting me and she was very polite and considerate. She went out of her way to provide informative resources to me. It's always nice having someone friendly in the leasing office like Courtney!

I had an AMAZING experience leasing here. From start to finish, the staff was kind, professional, and communicative. Courtney and Heather are absolutely the sweetest and most responsive people I’ve met. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions no matter how many times I needed clarity, and made a big move much less stressful. I’m relocating from out of state and they truly made me feel supported and welcomed with open arms!!! Being at this apartment for me has been a huge pleasure I loved my stay and if I could stay in my unit longer I definitely would have (medical reasons)! Fatima originally helped me move from out of state and helped a lot with the process and made it very easy to move in. Shoutout to Brandyn he was always amazing helping with any of my maintenance requests, he was always fast and had a great attitude super friendly and very knowledgeable. Heather has been making my transition out extremely smooth and has helped/guided me the entire way too! Both Heather and Fatima are honestly some of the most kind personable and helpful people you'll meet in a leasing office hands down they both went above and beyond for me and I appreciate everything they've done! Heather went above and beyond to make my move extremely smooth with swift responses, patience and the best kind of initial interaction anyone would want to have from a representative of their future home. Her warm and welcoming reception when I arrived on the property made me feel extremely safe as well and I highly recommend Heather for all and any kind of assistance needed to move to crystal creek.
