Crystal Cove Villas

I've been living here for a year and could not be happier. My unit was renovated before I moved in and it is flawless. I love all the natural light and the high ceilings. The maintenance team is amazing and they keep the property so clean. Definitely the best rentals in Palm Harbor!

We moved our elderly parents here to be close to us and they absolutely love it. The villas have been remodeled and are beautiful. It has high ceilings and lets in a lot of light which my parents appreciate. The management staff has been great as well as the maintenance crew and I want to give a special thanks to Melissa for always addressing our concerns promptly and courteously. Would definitely recommend living here!

Crystal Cove Villas is a wonderful community. Each of the units are a two bedroom two bath. All units are ground level. I have lived here for more than five years and have seen many wonderful changes through the new management company. Crystal Cove Villas is in the process of updating eventually all the units. It’s a family friendly community. Close to Palm Harbor University high school which is a bonus. The management company is wonderful to deal with, easy to communicate. If something needs to be done it’s handled in a very timely manner. There’s a beautiful pool, never crowded lounge, chairs, and a barbecue for grilling. We are a small community, with which makes it nice. So if you’re looking for a place to live, come check out Crystal Cove Villas you won’t be disappointed.

first discovered these apartments while visiting a friend who lives here, and I was impressed right away. When my lease ended at my previous place, I was excited to learn there were units available. Moving in has been a great decision. The apartments are recently renovated with tile floors, fresh paint, and an updated kitchen. One of the best features is the living room.. It’s very large with vaulted ceilings, which makes the space feel open and comfortable. The layout is smart too: the units are all single-story and set up side-by-side, so it feels more like living in a neighborhood than in a typical apartment complex. I have lived at Crystal Cove Villas for over 5 years and love it here! So much so that I just moved from my original unit to a newly renovated one. Management is always helpful and they are always trying to better the community. We are in the perfect location - close to the water, the high school and downtown. The prices are very fair for the area and I love that we have some backyard space without the maintenance. I highly recommend Crystal Cove, I plan to stay here for many more years!
