As a property owner I’ve been fortunate to have Crystal Coast for over a year now as my property management company. I’ve found their service to be proactive in finding issues before they become significant and taking great care of my tenants. The team has shown consistently that they care for my renters and me as an owner to ensure everyone is on the same page and the home is taken care of. Highly recommended for single or multiple property owners.

My husband and I flew in from out of state to find a home. As a military family you have a limited amount of time to connect with just the right person to establish this very important relationship. Hope Mazzeo worked very hard and her diligence and professionalism paid off! We bought the home of our dreams! Throughout the cross country process she helped to make it seamless. Larry and Virginia went above and beyond when we needed a place asap after hurricane Florence struck the area. Coming to the area to work after the storm was daunting enough without having to search hi and low for a place to stay. Thank God that we came into contact with them. They were able to provide us with a great place at a reasonable price after checking all their resources. Communication was always spot on, and their work diligent. As time went on and the condo was doing storm work in the building, they even went so far as to procure another place for us in the building in case we would have to relocate from the unit we were in. Thankfully we did not, but they had our best interest at heart. Bottom line, these people worked hard for us even when the availability of rentals was great

Everything was good when we were renting paid rent on time actually before it was due. But now that we have moved out and stuck around through the hurricane even though we were told we could break lease, we stayed in the house so Larry wouldn't loose out on money neither would the home owner. Heres the bad news. We are moved out and can not get in touch with Larry or the office it's been 60 days and still can not get the deposit back, guess we will have to go to court!!

They were good while I was renting from them and paying on time. But once I moved out, they were very difficult to get in touch with. To this day, they have not sufficiently explained why I haven't had my deposit returned.
